Video-on-demand rental terms

Your rental at a glance

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Each rental is available worldwide for seven days from confirmation of payment. Streaming starts only after a successful payment and while you are signed in to the customer account used for the order.

1. The service

Troubadour Films supplies time-limited access to the film or collection identified on its product page. A rental gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to stream that title for private viewing. It does not transfer ownership of the film and does not permit copying, redistribution, public exhibition, resale or sharing account access.

2. Price, payment and access period

The price shown on the film page is the total rental price in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal. The seven-day access period begins when payment is confirmed. Access remains subject to the territorial availability displayed for the title; the current catalogue is offered worldwide.

3. Immediate digital delivery

At checkout you must actively request immediate access to the digital rental and acknowledge the following:

I request immediate access to this digital rental. I understand that the seven-day rental starts when payment is confirmed and acknowledge that, once streaming begins, I may lose any statutory right to withdraw, subject to mandatory consumer law.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Once streaming has begun, a cancellation or refund is not normally available for a change of mind, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded. If you cannot access or play the film because of a technical failure attributable to the service, contact Troubadour Films promptly. We may restore access, extend the rental or issue an appropriate refund after checking the order and playback record.

5. Technical requirements

You need a compatible current browser or device, a reliable internet connection, JavaScript and cookies. Streaming quality can vary with the device, connection and network conditions. Keep your account credentials private and do not attempt to bypass access controls, download protected streams or interfere with the service.

6. Availability and changes

We may suspend access where required for security, rights management, legal compliance or urgent maintenance. If this prevents a paid customer from using a material part of the rental period, we will provide a reasonable remedy after reviewing the circumstances.

7. Contact and mandatory rights

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies to you. Questions about an order, playback or a refund request should include the order number and the email address used at checkout and be sent through the contact details published by Troubadour Films.
